It's just too exciting to have your own produce. My hens are laying well at the moment too so we are enjoying boiled eggs and toast soldiers...a real hit with my Sam. We aren't very good "farmers" though as we have so many roosters because neither John or I like the thought of...how shall I put it...."disposing" of them.
