The Carnival.......a project by Mitchell & Amie

My middle son, Mitchell is in his Senior year at High School and studying Hospitality as a subject. He is already studying to be a baker through a school based apprenticeship. Mitchell teamed up with his friend Amie and together they had to create a table centre piece focusing on sweet food for part of their assessment for this year.

They chose the theme "Carnival".

Persian Fairy Floss - yum

Funny little clowns

Two stands full of fun cupcakes..........

Popcorn and bunting...........

A wonderful carnival centrepiece.  I am so proud of them.  All the hard work paid off.  Not bad for two 17 year olds.

Easter Cupcakes............

Easter is finally here.

Cupcakes for my work tomorrow, to celebrate Easter, but also as a little farewell as I leave to start a new position next week.

I am looking forward to a lovely 5 day break - I really must make a list of what I hope to achieve.

Gardening, stitching, some sanding and painting..........what a lovely time I am going to have being home.

A very Happy and Blessed Easter to all my friends who stop by here.

Cupcake Creations.......

Cameron requested the cupcake stand full of cupcakes for a farewell at his work.

Five dozen cakes made on Wednesday night.

Iced and decorated on Thursday night.

Fun..... but exhausting after a full day at work......

They are yummy too.....

Enough left for us as well.
