Our two little bantams, Scoot and Trixie died yesterday. A sad day as they were our first little chickens. Hoping it was just old age and that the rest of them are OK.

Autumn roses are so lovely. They seem to be bigger and richer in colour than in spring and summer.Something to do with these gorgeous days we've been having I think.
Poor little chookies :( We lost all of ours to a fox about a year ago and haven't replaced them as we need a more fox proof cage.
